Who we are
BULBA MAX is a baked-potato place in Batumi (14 Khariton Akhvlediani St). This policy explains what data the BULBA MAX app and the bulba-max.com website collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Phone number — to sign you in with an SMS code and to contact you about an order.
- Name — so the cashier can call you when your order is ready.
- Orders — dishes, toppings, pickup time, total and status.
- Push notification token and app language — to tell you about your order status in your language.
- We do not collect location, contacts, photos or payment details: you pay on the spot. We use no advertising and no third-party trackers.
Why
Only to take and hand over your orders, show your order history and send status notifications. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our SMS provider — only your phone number and the sign-in code text.
- Apple — the push token, to deliver notifications.
- Our hosting provider, whose servers run our service.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. Order history is kept for accounting while the account is active.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app: Profile → “Delete account”. We remove your name and phone number from the account; orders stay anonymised for accounting.
